Device identifier
We collect this information from your device or when the app communicates with servers.

The information is processed for Helsingborg to get statistics about the usage of Guide Helsingborg to be able to develop and improve it. The information is not connected directly to you. Helsingborg will never attempt to try to connect any of this information to a person (apart from protecting your privacy rights). This processing activity is performed on the legal basis of Helsingborgs legitimate interest.
We collect this information through the tool Firebase Analytics
Who do we share your information with?
Your personal information is safe with us: we do not sell or trade your information to other third parties. We may only disclose personal information to authorised service providers.
How do we protect your personal data?
Looking after your personal information is important to us. We have implemented measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized disclosure or access. Data is anonymised to the extent possible.
For how long time do we process your personal data?
All raw data that we collect relevant to app- and network usage and to your mobile device is deleted automatically after it has been converted to aggregated statistics. The statistics in itself we might keep a longer period as it will not be personal data. Uninstalling your app also removes your instance ID.
We might process your information longer than stated above if it is necessary because of legal requirements or decisions made by authorities.
What are your privacy rights?
This section explains the rights you have regarding your personal information. If you would like to exercise any of your rights, or receive more information about them, please contact us via the contact details at the bottom of this statement and we will help you out. Please note that some of the rights may not be applicable to your situation.
Right of access
You have the right to gain access to information about the personal data that we process about you. Should you have any questions regarding the processing, or would you like to have more insight in the personal data we process from you, you are always welcome to contact us and we will provide you with further information.

Right to erasure / right to be forgotten
According to law, you have the right to request of us to permanently delete your personal information. You can make such a request if you for example believe that the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which the personal data were collected or otherwise processed.

According to law, you have the right to request from us that we send your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another controller.
